For International Customers (When Applicable):
International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Delivery
De Belle shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of the product(s) purchased due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control. It is therefore advisable that you place orders well in advance.
De Belle shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the product(s) purchased on account of erroneous details provided by you to us such as wrong recipient name, recipient address or contact number, etc.
If the product is returned to De Belle as undelivered due to wrong address, De Belle shall be entitled to extra cost for resending the product(s) to the correct address. The extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid upfront by you and the delivery time shall be extended.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
